As Chairman of WeCare Foundation, Saad Kassis-Mohamed has spearheaded initiatives that have deployed millions in funding to support critical projects across underserved communities worldwide.
Under his leadership, WeCare has advanced innovative solutions in renewable energy, education,
and economic empowerment.
Among its notable projects is the funding of lab-grown diamond research and development, a move that underscores the foundation’s dedication to ethical sourcing and sustainable innovation.

Africa. In Sudan, where longstanding issues in infrastructure, healthcare, and education persist, the
foundation has launched a series of innovative projects aimed at creating lasting change.

In Central Africa, WeCare Foundation has launched the Darfur Water Renewal Project, installing
solar-powered water purification systems in remote areas of Sudan.
This initiative has significantly improved access to clean water, reducing waterborne diseases and enhancing community health.
Similarly, the Blue Nile Renewable Energy Initiative is establishing mini solar grids to provide sustainable, reliable power to rural communities, fostering energy independence and environmental stewardship
