First HoldCo Plc has unveiled new board appointments across its non-commercial banking subsidiaries following regulatory approvals, with two women, Ebikabo Williams and Yewande Amusan, appointed as chairmen among five new board heads.

Group Chairman, Femi Otedola, CON, said the appointments reflect the Group’s focus on leadership and governance. “Their expertise, track records, and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of our growth and enhancing stakeholder value,” he said.

Ebikabo Williams was appointed Chairman of First Asset Management Limited, supported by board members Usman Dantata Jr., Binta Max Gbinije, and Alero Mobola Adollo. Yewande Amusan was named Chairman of FirstCap Limited, alongside Ahmed Indimi, Irene Akpofure, Adenike Kuti, and Zeal Akaraiwe.

John Akpeki appointed as Chairman of First Securities Brokers Limited, one of the top performers on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Brokers Performance Report. He is joined by Omolara Adeyemi, Susan Younis, and Kemi Andu-Alausa.

Similarly, John Lee was appointed as Chairman of First Trustees Limited to strengthen its governance. He brings over 40 years of experience in global financial services, supported by Abiola Alabi, Adebisi Sola-Adeyemi, and Ugochukwu Obi-Chukwu.

In its insurance business,Akinola Phillips was appointed as Chairman for First Insurance Brokers, which marked its 25th anniversary last year alongside Ije Onejeme, Folukemi Akinmeji, and Mojisola Cardozo.
